Introduction to Curing at Home

An interactive one day course lead by award winning Charcutier and Butcher Marc Dennis of Duchy Charcuterie. Marc will work alongside our very own Colin Wheeler-James to bring a fun and practical day. With these two in charge you can expect a bit of banter at the same time as learning some very interesting skills.

You will have the opportunity to make and taste bacon, chorizo and cured salmon. These can then be taken home to share with your friends and family. The recipes are all easily made at home with no specialist equipment required.

Marc will share and discuss tasters from his fascinating range of products
