Our family favourite, this twist on the traditional Christmas Pudding is rich, boozy and delicious.

A 1 pint pudding serves 4 to 6.

Ingredients: Guinness (barley, gluten), flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, figs, dates, butter (milk), apricots, dark chocolate (may contain milk, soya), white chocolate (may contain milk, soya), cocoa, Cherry, Chocolate & Hogweed Seed Dark Rum spirit drink, port (may contain sulphites), eggs, orange, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg

Fed with our Cherry, Chocolate & Cardamom Dark Rum

Contains: eggs, dairy, gluten, soya and sulphites.

Steam for 60 minutes or microwave for 3 minutes. Serve with brandy butter, brandy sauce, clotted cream, ice cream or even chocolate custard.
