Our family favourite, this twist on the traditional Christmas Pudding is rich, boozy and delicious.
A 1 pint pudding serves 4 to 6.
Ingredients: Guinness, flour, sugar, figs, dates, butter, apricots, dark chocolate, white chocolate, cocoa, brandy, port, eggs, orange, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg.
Fed with our Cherry, Chocolate & Cardamom Dark Rum
Contains: dairy, gluten, soya and sulphites.
Steam for 60 minutes or microwave for 3 minutes. Serve with brandy butter, brandy sauce, clotted cream, ice cream or even chocolate custard.
