Chef Tutor very clear and supportive

Great location.
Interesting courses on offer
BUT
I don't want to be handling food on a shared station with a complete stranger.
Lucky for me there was an odd number on the course, so I could work alone. I live alone and have no one to come onbthe course with.
Unlucky for the school, as I used rge same amount of ingredients as two paying people would have.

The recipes were straightforward and effective. Alas everything was taken out of the ovens en masses, when in fact mine could have done with longer.

Fascinated by the jars of items preserved and would love to learn more.

Options, I buy two places and only use one
Or
Choose a course where food handling kot shared.

Wish you well.

Thank you for your feedback, after speaking to you we did all we could to resolve your concerns. As you have aknowledged we work in pairs to ensure our events remain as affordable as possible. Double the ingredients and space required, would require us to double our prices for everyone. We did give you the options before attending and you chose to take a risk that we would have an odd number and fortunately you were lucky.

You will be pleased to hear that the courses related to the jars both work alone. Introduction to Fermented Food & Drink and Advanced Preservation, hopefully we will see you again. Most events do work in pairs, but please do check if you are ever in doubt. Our up coming Triple Chocolate Christmas Pudding is another lone working one.
