Bring the flavours of a Greek summer holiday into your kitchen with this relaxed, hands-on cookery workshop. From freshly made pita breads to fresh souvlaki, vibrant dips and crisp, golden spanakopita, this class is all about bold, fresh flavours, simple techniques and joyful, sociable cooking.

Expect sunshine on a plate, plenty of laughter and, if the weather allows, the chance to enjoy your feast outdoors al fresco,  just as it should be.

The Session at a Glance

This session combines demonstrations with practical cooking, guiding you through a selection of traditional Greek dishes using authentic techniques. Guests work in pairs, building confidence as they prepare each element from scratch, while picking up practical skills that can easily be recreate at home.

The workshop finishes with everyone sitting down together to enjoy a generous Greek feast, shared around the table (or outside in the sunshine), accompanied by a glass of wine.
