The inspiration for this was the sweet coconut scent of gorse flowers in the spring sunshine, reminding us how well coconut and rum go together! The gorse flowers have been infused in the rum with some spices including black pepper and cinnamon and left to work their magic. Strained and bottled it has picked up a wonderful colour from the gorse and a deeply complex flavour.
The nose is rich, peppery, grassy and flowery with delicate spice notes. The taste is powerful, full of dry spice notes, hay, oak and pepper but overlaid with a powerful aromatic sweetness from the gorse. It really does taste unique.

We can deliver for free in the following areas CROCKERNWELL, CHERITON BISHOP, TEDBURN ST MARY, WHIDDON DOWN, PATHFINDER and YEOFORD. If you choose this option you will be allocated a time slot (usually between 3pm and 4pm the following day). In order to keep contact to a minimum we will knock/ring on your door and leave your purchase on the doorstep. Please listen out for us.
You can collect for free by arrangement. Please come to Ground Up Cookery School, make yourself known at the door and wait for us to put you purchases on the table outside. Please try not to touch any surfaces, although all surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant spray regularly.
