Description

A delightful workshop, fun for everyone. Come and learn how to make and cook fresh pasta to share with family and friends.... we will clear up and wash up afterwards, what's not to like?

This course requires no prior knowledge, all are welcome. We hope to provide a fun and relaxed learning environment. Perfect for enhancing your cookery skills or just having fun with friends or meet new friends. Although there is no recommended age limit on this course all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

As with most of our courses this will follow a format of demos, tasters and practical cookery with support if needed. it will end around our large dining table discussing and enjoying the dishes with a glass of wine. We encourage questions and love discussion, each course varies slightly with the participants, but all promise to be fun, energising and interesting.

Demo and make your own pasta dough.

Demo real Italian carbonara to taste.

Demo and make your own ravioli and tagliatelle.

Demo and make your own delicious pasta & sauces.

12:30/ 13:00

All eat together with final wrap up and questions.

Mikeal made us very welcome and put everyone at ease. He presented easy to follow demonstrations and was on hand to guide us throughout the morning.
Really enjoyable and in a lovely setting. I loved the ravioli!

What a great course well run and matt was very knowledgeable and easy to interact with, we would be interested in a fish course if you ever ran one

We do run a full day Fish & Shellfish (checkout 'scheduled courses' online, the next is scheduled for March). We are exploring the option of a half day Fish Workshop.
