This fun Workshop is open to all ages and abilities.
Come and join us and get the festivities flowing in the lead up to Christmas. Whilst sipping on our "famous" mulled apple juice you will:
- Make and decorate your own Yule Log, to take home and share.
- Learn how to make mince pies using our own delicious family mincemeat recipe.
- Make and take home a jar of delicious mincemeat with our unique twist, ready to impress your family in the lead up to Christmas.
- Learn how to make and decorate a Choux Centrepiece, perfect for your seasonal dessert table.
- Receive the sought after mulled apple juice/cider recipe!!!
The skills that you will take home include, baking, pastry making, making a crème pat, chocolate ganache and boozy cream and cake decorating. Whilst having Christmassy fun and we will do all the clearing up!!

Are children able to attend?
As with all our courses children are able to attend any sessions. When paying full price children will be treated as a full paying guest, but will be the responsibility of the parents and guardians. At the family session we offer a reduced price for accompanying children, where parents and guardians will work with their child/children as a team, please buy child tickets here. Parents and guardians will be deemed fully responsible for their child under both types of bookings. As all children are different, it is impossible to give a minimum age, but as a guideline we would suggest age 7 years and above.
We design our courses to be fully inclusive and will make every effort to make them available to all. If you have a disability or a require support to take part in our courses please let us know in advance so we can ensure your experience is maximised.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements when you book this course. We will aim to accommodate. Please note that there are no nuts in our basic recipe.
