Delicious Christmas Pudding without the stress
Join us at Ground Up Cookery School in Devon for this festive two-hour baking workshop, where you'll create your own indulgent Triple Chocolate & Cardamon Christmas Pudding to take home ready for Christmas. Rich with chocolate and delicately flavoured with cardamom, this modern take on a traditional favourite is perfect for those who love Christmas pudding and those who think they don't.
Designed to fit around the busy festive season, this relaxed hands-on workshop gives you one less job to do in December while teaching you the techniques to recreate it at home for years to come.
What you'll learn
During this festive baking workshop you will:
- Make your own Triple Chocolate Christmas Pudding from scratch.
- Learn how and when to feed your pudding before Christmas.
- Discover the best methods for cooking, storing and serving your pudding.
- Taste creative ideas for using up any leftovers after Christmas.
- Take home your own handmade pudding ready for the festive season.
Due to the steaming time, you'll normally take your pudding home uncooked, together with clear instructions on how and when to steam it before Christmas. However, if you live locally or are staying nearby, we're happy to steam it for you after the workshop for collection at an agreed date and time.
By the time you leave, one of the jobs on your Christmas to-do list will already be complete.
