Heath & Hedge is the brand name for our delicious infused spirits. Colin has combined his knowledge of foraging with his vast experience in the "flavour" industry. His love of all things alcoholic ties the whole thing together nicely. All of our spirits are flavoured naturally using locally grown or foraged ingredients. You may find sediment due to the natural flavouring process.
