After the huge success of the 2019 Christmas Pudding Workshop we will be back in 2020 with an even better program. Join us for two hours of festive fun and go home with a delicious twist on a Christmas classic; Chocolate and Cardamom Christmas Pudding! In 2020 we will go into greater discussion about flavour pairings and give you the opportunity to tailor your pudding with an additional choice of spices, if you are feeling adventurous. There will be 3 different variations of the pudding available to taste on the day to inspire. You can get creative or stick to the winning Chocolate and Cardamom recipe.
You will learn how to make your own pudding to take home and cook. We will teach you how to look after it in the run up to Christmas by feeding the pudding and how best to serve it on the big day! By the time you leave that will be one job off your Christmas “to do list”. As with 2020 we will create some tasters for you to demonstrate how to use any leftovers, look out for new recipes.

The 3pm session on 21st November will be a dedicated family session. anyone can join us, but please be aware it may be a little noisier than other Workshops!!!!
Are children able to attend?
As with all our courses children are able to attend any sessions. When paying full price children will be treated as a full paying guest, it will be the parents’ responsibility to ensure that they are able to follow instructions. We also have a dedicated family session for 2020, offering a reduced price for accompanying children, where parents and guardians will work with their child/children as a team, please buy child tickets here. Parents and guardians will be deemed fully responsible for their child under both types of bookings. As all children are different, it is impossible to give a minimum age, but as a guideline we would suggest age 7 years and above.
We design our courses to be fully inclusive and will make every effort to make them available to all. If you have a disability or a require support to take part in our courses please let us know in advance so we can ensure your experience is maximised.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements when you book this course. We will aim to accommodate. Please note that there are no nuts in our basic recipe.
