Wow what a cookery school

The location is beautiful and the cookery school is modern well equipped and stunning. Situated in a converted barn it’s beautiful. Spotlessly clean, parking and toilet facilities. Really friendly trainer and a fun informative course but the best part is to be able to all sit as a group round the lovely dining table and eat your prepared food. I’ve recommended you to lots of people and I know a few who will definitely book. Thanks again for the coffee and biscuits too. We had a great day.

Thank you, it was lovely to meet you both. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Very professionally run whilst being very friendly course

This was my first course at Ground Up, I have been to three others in the region and this for a young company was equal to them. The ‘chef’ Mel was excellent, her delivery was spot on for the audience of 16 quite knowledgeable attendees and she was able to answer most of the quite challenging questions. We all learnt not only how to make good pasta and sauces but had some useful incidental tips such as grinding garlic into a paste using salt and roiling herb leaves and cutting only once to prevent bruising. I will be back!

We are so glad that you had a good time and we look forward to welcoming you back to one of our other courses.
